Mushfik Mishu is a real estate professional with R2M Realty, bringing a diverse background in law, sales, technology, entrepreneurship, and property ownership. He earned his Law degree in Bangladesh and later relocated to the United States, where he built a strong foundation in customer service and sales through roles with Subway Restaurants and T-Mobile.

Mishu also holds a Diploma in Software Test Engineering and has worked as a Software Test Engineer with organizations including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Northern Trust Bank, gaining experience in analytical problem-solving and highly regulated environments. He previously lived and worked in New York, where he built a rental property business, before relocating to Michigan.

Currently, Mishu is the owner of Flame & Fusion restaurant in Warren, Michigan, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and business growth. In real estate, Mishu focuses on guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through informed, data-driven decisions. He is committed to clear communication, strong negotiation, and delivering a smooth, confident transaction from start to finish.
